"bulk add/edit" feature with an option to add to my community lists
being able to go to a character or series page and bulk add issues to communtiy lists in the same way that the current "bulk add/edit" feature works for selecting issues and adding them to reading lists, collection and wishlists

A currently reading option on comics
I want to be able to add comics that I'm currently reading, especially if it a volume where you would read it all in one sitting. Maybe even to be able to state your pressers through it

Character Explore Pages
I'd like to see an Explore Page that allows users to browse all characters currently in the database by tags (like teams, series featured in, and Universe/Multiverse/Earth).
This would make it easier to discover new characters and keep them better up to date.

Ability to apply Origin Story issues to a Character
As User I might want to collect the origin story of a specific Character. Sometimes these are considered Key Issues for collectors. Looking at current input options all we would need is a Value stating "Origin".

Date Format
As a premium user, I want to be able to choose in my account the format used to display date in the application.
As a French user, the American format (MM-DD-YYYY) is very confusing, so I like to change it to DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD

Previously Owned Comics
Add a tab in collections to list previously owned comics and exclude the issues from the total count.
I would like the ability to distinguish a comic issue as being previously owned but no longer listed in the collection as sometimes I sell a comic after reading and do not want to accidentally re-purchase.

Import from XML or .TXT
I've been using Collectorz Comic Collection DB for years, but haven't been terribly happy with it for the last few. I'm hoping to switch to LoCG, but I've thousands of issues to add. It'd be really helpful if we could import either XML or .txt files to help add issues to our DB here quickly.

It would be nice, if comics were provided as embeddable content, maybe as an iframe, for blogs etc.

Add reading rank to character profiles
When viewing a character, perhaps we could add a character's placement in your personal reading rank--where they are anywhere on your Top Read list--next to the personal 'collected' and 'read' numbers. As it is, scrolling through hundreds of characters on the app isn't ideal to find that placement, and also it might be fun to better illustrate a personal relationship to a character.

Submission Search
Sometimes a series or issues submission is turned down because it had already been submitted (but not approved, so doesn't show up in search). If submissions and corrections were easily searchable, it might cut down on this.

Customer Approval or Denial Buttons
Creating a customer approval button would be fantastic! When a new customer chooses our store to share their pull list with, their name says, "Awaiting Approval" and once I click on their name and are taken to their details, it would be great if their was a big green "APPROVE" button next to a giant red "DENIED" button and maybe a little comment space to send the person a nice welcome message when you approve them or an explanation as to why they're being denied if that's the case.

It Would Be Nice To Browse Books By Their Comic Book Rating
Being able to browse by comic rating would be extremely helpful as well — We have a pretty decent all-ages section and it would be nice to have the functionality of just browsing comics by the all-ages ratings.

Browsing buy trades
When browsing by Publisher you should have the option to browser by Hard Cover or Paper Back.
So for example if I got to DC Comics I should be able to go New 52 then collected editions to make it easier to look for the trades.

4 votesGood idea. In the meantime, you could browse a list of the DC trades by filtering the Search function a bit. It’s not an easy way to browse “New 52” trades per se, but it may help. For example:

Every trade has “TP” (Hardcovers are HC), so I’m searching for that and then filtering on DC. You can even further trim that down by selecting a series.
