Ran into this issue with the Image Comics series 'Skinners'. I searched for "Skinners" in both the iPhone app and Microsoft Edge on my PC. In both cases, it comes up as "we couldn't find anything"--and I can submit a screencap to that effect if needed. So, I submitted a new series and it got denied because the series was already in the system (albeit with no issues listed). The link that the mod (Befilement) sent me went right to the series entry in the database. So the series IS there, but it can't be found through a search.
