Better Graphical Interface
Hello League of Comic Geeks,
I have written around 2 messages in the past expressing how difficult it has been for me to navigate through your web-based graphic interface.
I expressed how it took between 30 to 60 minutes to do simple tasks and easy engagement of the webservice.
Since those messages, I have been able to still softly and very slowly get better used to the webservice and interfacing with it.
I would like to continue posting these messages to you support staff, even though I am learning that they do not get answered.
As I come across some anomalies and earn kernels of thoughts for improvements, I would gladly like to express them to you.
Hopefully I will become better with your webservice in such a way that I will feel much more comfortable with supporting your service with financial support you ask of your end users.
The first suggestion set that I would like to present are as follows:
1) please respond to my messages to your support staff, so that I do not feel alienated within this community when I have technical issues.
2) There is way too much circular navigating through your interface which starts suggesting a destination to a tool, where really the navigation just brings you back to the same target, or origin.
3) The link targets to other locations to your webservice is very cryptic visually, or not graphically prominent enough for me to intuitively use to bring me to the list engine in your database of comics. So in lay terms, I don't know how to easily access the lists of comics and publishers to add to my 'collection,'
Hopefully you will be able to respond to this message and perhaps to some previous ones so that I do not feel that I am far separate from your webservice and community. By doing so, I would feel much more inclined to support and promote Leageofcomicgeeks.com
