Alerts & reports for retailers about changes to customer pulls
Alerts and reports for retailers would be very useful — If we have a customer who decides to deactivate their account or un-share their pull list with our shop, we should be able to set an alert that would let us know when that happens immediately.
Also if customers are constantly adding or removing titles to their pull lists, it would be nice to set reports on any changes to our customers pulls to either be emailed to us at the end of each day or by the week or by the month. It would save a lot of time and money on books that might accidentally get ordered and it would also alert us to any trends that are happening throughout the industry.
We do have these, but they are on request given the way they work – it can be confusing. Please contact us to enable these alerts.
