How do I approve a pending customer that connected to my store?

When a customer chooses to connect to your store, they will immediately be listed in your Customers area with the status of "Pending". Their status will be displayed on the right side of the Customers table.

To approve them and begin managing their pulls and subscriptions, click the Customer's name to view their customer details. On this page, you'll see a Customer Status field displaying "Pending Approval".

To make changes to customer details such as the "Customer Status" field do the following:
  • Click the "Edit" button on the top right of the box to begin making changes to their customer details.
  • Click the "Customer Status" field.
  • Now, select "Active" from the dropdown select.
  • And finally, click the "Save" button on the top right where the "Edit" button used to be.
That's it! Your customer is now approved.
