How do I approve a pending customer that connected to my store?
To approve them and begin managing their pulls and subscriptions, click the Customer's name to view their customer details. On this page, you'll see a Customer Status field displaying "Pending Approval".
To make changes to customer details such as the "Customer Status" field do the following:
That's it! Your customer is now approved.
- Click the "Edit" button on the top right of the box to begin making changes to their customer details.
- Click the "Customer Status" field.
- Now, select "Active" from the dropdown select.
- And finally, click the "Save" button on the top right where the "Edit" button used to be.
